Cancellation of Orders, Returns & Refunds
You can cancel your order at any stage up to the point of dispatch at no charge. Simply contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org. To help us assist you as quickly as possible please quote your order reference number.
There are some exceptions to returning your order. All rolled paper prints, large and extra large prints are custom made and are NOT included in our returns policy. Unfortunately we cannot offer either a refund or exchange on these products.
My policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item does not arrive let me know via the contact page.
If you have purchased online or over the phone you are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days, which begins on the day you receive delivery of your order. During the cooling-off period, you may cancel your order for any reason. Upon cancellation, you must return your order within 14 days. During this time you are responsible for keeping the goods you bought in perfect resalable condition, if you don't you may have to pay diminished value. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address supplied to you.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right.
There are exceptions to returning your order. All rolled paper prints, large and extra large deluxe prints are custom made and are NOT included in our returns policy
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
While we are more than happy to help if you wish to return goods that are not faulted or damaged you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods, We will make the necessary arrangements to facilitate the return of the order and will reimburse you within 14 days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Lat or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at email@example.com
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for you to send your item back for exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
